  • Select the Instance with the Shortest Queue
If all instances are already working, the system automatically finds the one with the shortest task queue. This helps maintain balanced resource allocation and prevents situations where some machines are overloaded while others remain idle.

  • Predict Wait Time and Dynamically Adjust
When the system predicts that a task will wait more than 10 minutes, it intelligently selects the instance expected to process the task earliest. This prediction is based on the speed at which the instance previously executed similar tasks. In other words, the system remembers which instance processes this type of model fastest and prioritizes assigning it in future.

The ultimate goal of this mechanism is clear: Reduce the number of times models are reloaded, maximize computing power utilization, and minimize user waiting time.
